Tập đoàn Tae Kwang Vina lựa chọn CiCC làm đối tác chiến lược thực hiện các khóa huấn luyện chuyên sâu cho các thành viên Lean / IE Team, trong thời gian qua CiCC đã thực hiện thành công chương trình Value Analysis (VA) and Value Engineering (VE) & D/P-FMEA – Failure Mode and Effect Analysis for Lean / IE Team VA/VE AND D/P-FMEA INTRODUCTION: The program “VA/VE and D/P-FMEA” is designed for TAEKWANG VINA to provides you with:  Defines the process for conducting Value Analysis (VA) and Value Engineering (VE) on products that have been launched and in need of cost reduction in order to achieve the best function at the lowest cost. Activities following idea generation including directional costing, feasibility evaluation, idea prioritization, formal VA/VE proposal submission, sample/trial builds, design verification/pre-production validation testing, and participating in progress updates with the customer. Additional responsibilities include maintaining VA/VE information in the VA/VE tracking database, initiating the Product Change Management process, ensuring implementation of approved changes, reviewing achievement of VA/VE targets, and closing the project.  D – FMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) is the application of the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method specifically to product/service design.  P – FMEA (Process Failure Modes Effects Analysis) is a systemized group of activities intended to: Recognize and evaluate the potential failure of a product/process and its effect, identify actions which could eliminate or reduce the occurance, document the process.
