Lean Six Sigma Green Belt drives process improvement initiatives to develop robust systems for the business and deliver consistent output to customers. Green Belt training equips individuals with a logical and objective way to identify, measure, and eliminate problems / issues with process within an organization. The training also enhances the way employees approach their day-to-day work and strategically positioned to support improvement initiatives at their workplace.The program ÔÇ£Lean Six Sigma Green BeltÔÇØ is designed for GE VN to provide team members of GE VN have the knowledge and technical to using Lean Six Sigma Tools and How to use Minitab software to collect data, analyze data and decision on data fact.Have overall picture and a roadmap for successful implement and application of Lean Six Sigma method. It also provides companyÔÇÖs key staff the ability to apply the appropriate tool for Lean Six Sigma Project of continuous improvement in their respective areas.According to DMAIC roadmap to do Lean Six Sigma project. Program 10 daysÔÇÖ conduct in 04 stages (3days ÔÇô 3days ÔÇô 3days ÔÇô 1day) with each time is 2 weeks apart. Through each time the participants can apply what they learned in actual Green Belt Project.
